Frequent disconnections on iOS

I'e been recently having connection issues on iOS. I play multiplayer games on my iPad which are much more resource-intensive and don't seem to have any issues. The help page only has information for Windows. I see unresolved help threads on this issue going back to 2021, with active posts up to December 2022. I also play multiplayer on the Lichess.com app and it does not have any connection issues.
