frozen window

As I was trying to connect a game of mine,by clicking on it,the window froze at a certain moment(as it's shown below).I waited for 7 minutes,but no change.Then i returned to the home page and tried to connect the game again.This time worked.

Any other useful information:

*at that time only this site was opened,as you can see below.

*my net connection is provided by a local cable operator

*i use "Firefox"3.0

*at that time my net connection was good,i think(3 960 404 bytes)

  My point is :

# if the window frreezes like that and i cant connect the game trying several times,what else can be done?

#if there is someone who can explain me why i faced this problem,concidering that there were no preconditions of its appearance,according to me,is most welcome.

  I am sorry ,but I didnt manage to attach the screenshot by using the ''tree''icon.If anyone explain me what must be done after clicking it,I would be able to attach it and visualise my problem.Please ,some help in here.Thanks.

Stuff happens like that on the 'net sometimes. There's really no explination for it. The best way to correct it is just what you did, reload/refresh the page.
