You could try to uninstall and reinstall the Chess.com app. But before you do you want to Clear the Chess.com app Data.
Try this:
1.) Enter your Android device's settings.
2.) Inside you should find Application settings (sometimes called Application Manager)
3.) Locate and select the Chess.com app.
4.) Click on Storage and select Clear the App Data. (You will NOT lose your account or your progress on any games or stats)
5.) Uninstall the app, and re-install from the Google Play store.
Hi, I noticed that my game archive is not updating on my Samsung tablet (Galaxy A7). I see recent games on my Android phone and on Windows desktop browser, but not on the tablet. The archive is missing games from over a week ago, even after restarting tablet. Any ideas on how to force table to synch? Thanks!
