If you open an additional Live tab or open the app while you are on the Live website, that will happen. You need to make sure you only have one instance of Live open at any one time.
The site also only restores points in very rare instances.

The last two games I started were interrupted by new login detected message then I couldn't finish my games my score dropped from 1363 to 1340. Not because I quit or resign or lost but because of this glitch. I did not make any new login. How can this be stopped and my score be restored please.
