Game Explorer for my games

I have a Platinum Membership, so the Game Explorer keeps track of most of my games, but I have completed 280 rated games, and it only has data on 197 games. Does anyone know why that happens, and which games aren't being counted?

I was about to ask the same question, it hasn't updated for quite a while now. I changed my repertoire a few months ago and I'd love to see the changes reflected in the stats :-)

Right now, I actually have the same number of games showing as before, so I'm still missing about a third of my games.

hmmmm....I just checked mine...I only see 425 games and I have played 590

So something happened between 9/30 and 10/2 ?

Edit: My online chess page says I have played 185 games; my explorer has 66 white + 70 black = 136 games, 49 missing. I've finished only 27 starting from that 10/2 one.

So assuming that's when it stopped working, 22 are still unaccounted for. But that could easily be early timeouts or so, games that weren't recorded for some intended reason. I don't know what the intended way for it to work is. Edit 2: see post below, this is unlikely, they're missing.

But actually, something must have happened earlier than that -- on 9/3, I sent a bug report about this, ticket #119040.

In my bug report I note that I had 153 finished games, but only 134 in game explorer -- only 2 fewer than I have now!

Plus, I have links to two games above that were played later and are in my Explorer, and http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=21130204 is another (that was an example I gave of a game that wasn't in my Game Explorer when I filed the bug report, but it is in there now!)

So back then I had 134 games in game explorer (the way I calculate that is I look at the starting position, add up the numbers for each starting move, for white and for black). Since then at least 3 were added, but now I only have 136. Huh.

none of my games are in it yet but I am i've only been playing here a couple of weeks

Yeah, I have found some issues and will be correcting this over the next few days (its corrected but reimporting all those games is going to take a while.)

Recently I upgraded my account. I'm trying to use the game xplorer for my own games, but it keeps on telling me that there are no games of mine found in the database can you help me?

Games Explorer will only show online (correspondance) chess, it won't show live chess games, thats why you can't locate yours sorry.

I have less than 100 games in my explorer, when I have played over 600. Is this because I changed my chess.com handle?
