IN August, I reported that my games were not showing up in Games explorer. The help desk was vert courteous, and explained that they knew about the problem.
"We are currently in the process of adding millions of games to the Game Explorer and unfortunately it has taken longer than expected. We hope to have this all up and working soon! Sorry for the inconvenience!"
Nearly three months later, and no fix. Any comment from management on when we'll be able to view our own games in Games Explorer.
I should note that for some reason some people CAN see all or some of their games. Others like me cannot see any.
When will Game Explorer actually have my games on it? At this point I only have 36 games. I used to have Diamond, but I don't think it will be worth it this time...
