You should write your questions to the help desk... though I doubt there is anything they can do. You were totally winning. I can only guess that you hit a wrong key.

I thought helpdesk is monitoring 'Help and Support' forum but I will do as you say and drop them a line.
I would really like to understand what happened. I am pretty sure I didn't hit the wrong button. Yesterday I didn't even know were the 'wrong' button was, but I found it today and it is few clicks away. So was it a bug in the phone app? In the chess.com server? Or a divine intervention perhaps? Either way I'd like to know ;)

I was playing this game and after the last move I was surprised to see the new game with the same opponent started in the turney. He was not giving up although I had significant advantage for some time now and I was sure he will play to the very end.
But I was much more surprised to see that I actually lost. By resignation. I did not resign. I did my last move on mobile and there I don't even now how to resign. Yet it says on the game, that it was lost by my own resignation. how is it possible?
Is it possible that my opponent has resigned and the game was marked as his win?
