You could re-enable "Automatically claim victory when time runs out" - and switch it off again immediately after you have been credited with the win on this game.

I have a game on my list where the opponent has had a minute of time left all day now. I have deselected "Automatically claim victory when time runs out" on my account settings, but how do I claim the game now? There's an "abort" button in the game screen, but it doesn't say what happens if I use it?
