A new update has been added to the Android MarketPlace.

If you (or your opponent) is using Android, can you please go to the Android Market place and update.

from the mouseover boards it looks like White managed to make the illegal move 42.Kxf2 which got partially accepted. definitely a bug

Thanks Piphilologist.  I thought I was only up to move 41 in this game?   Is there any way to get it unfrozen?  

it seems white made an illegal move, so of course it doesn't show on the board, but it still switched the clocks. To get it unfrozen I imagine either a staff member will see this thread and fix it, or you could contact staff directly here-->http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit

I've fixed it now.  It may have been triggered if your opponent was making a move using an Android and hasn't updated her app.
