Today my over 15 games were aborted in a row and with FPP invoked on my account ,i was not able to play at all, infact only ended up wasting whole hour trying to start new game,i have already reprted them about my condition with this fpp , but i got a filthy reply saying it will only go automatically once i follow xyz procedure while playing, in the end it all seems like waste of time of legit players while the real trolls involved in stalling just make new accounts and continue their filthy stuff which i have been experienceing daily with many players disconnecting ,aborting and talking ugly when loosing , in the end legit players who dont create multiple accounts are made victims because fpp is not affecting the trolls at all, they are just going creating new accounts. i cant understand how to get off this lock, because many games are aborted even before they start, it just keeps on counting them as intentiobal aborts its just sucking my game.

You have played 13 games on 27 Feb, that doesn't look like "you weren't able to play at all."

The fair play policy is there to make live chess an enjoyable experience for all users, and although it might not be ideal, it is much better than what it was like before. And you can see it yourself: you are complaining about the number of aborts you get, and that's exactly why fair play policy is there, to reduce the number of arbitraty aborts, intentional disconnects etc. users get on average.

You had asked about how to get out of the FPP restrictions yesterday, and a staff member's reply was clear and helpful (imo), so I'll copy and paste it here:

With each game you play without keeping your opponent waiting, aborting the game or disconnecting from the game, the restriction will lower.
After playing games fairly and without breaking the policy, the restriction will stop and you'll be able to play normally again.

OK, having said all of the above, there's a chance you might be suffering from a technical problem, staff is probably looking at it:
