Gold account limited more than advertised

Hey how's it possible I don't have access to unlimited puzzles with my gold membership?

The older gold membership didn't have unlimited puzzles, but the new one (which is more expensive than before) should have that.

I have the new one since 23.12. so like since two days ago?

I asked already twice, once my forum post was deleted, the other time I didn't get any answer.....

Memberships purchased before September 1st had different features and prices. The old Gold features and pricing didn't include unlimited puzzles.

Well I bought the new membership less than a week ago...

I show you haven't gone any puzzles for almost a month, other than Rush and unrated. Are you sure you're not getting unlimited puzzles?

Well I can't have more than a few puzzle rushes a day, then the limit pops up.

Or are the puzzle rushes something different that unlimited puzzles doesn't affect? I doubt it.

I haven't tried regular puzzles for quite some time so I'm not now sure if I have some limits there or not.

Rushes are supposed to be unlimited on the new gold plan.

Thank you, I did that (a few days back actually for the first time) but still with no answer.

Luckily I rediscovered Lichess in the meantime, it has great puzzles as well, probably even better than chess.com
If it has comparable game reviews (they're great on chess.com) I might not need the subscription here for the next year at all after all...
