Thanks for the posting. I agree with the author on that site, that it was a misunderstanding. They were undoubtedly trying to protect themselves for some scenarios when they want to use content and inadvertantly crafted what looks like an illegal agreement.

Some of the interpretations of the as-written agreement give Google the right to use anything I type into the browser... I doubt that such an agreement would be enforceable and/or legal.
I mean, just because someone signs something doesn't mean that the agreement stands.
I play 1 min blitz games all the time. Used Chrome with it for 4 hours today. Worked great and chess.com was way faster.

Buggy and it has security issues I read the other day it was vulnerable to the carpet bombing issue Safari had.

Same here. Don't know why, but it's not a big issue for me. I'm still using Firefox as my main browser for the forseeable future. Chrome is nice though, and it's only going to get better and better. 
They plan to remove section 11 after it was placed there "by mistake," after the uproar...almost like they planned for no one to notice.
Here's a bit of insight about the legal part; thankfully, people (attorneys) like Tap The Hive do read the EULAs.
