got internet connection but lose connection with chess.com

I played a game and the signal strength bars in the top right hand corner start to flash. Then i notice it say in the bottom right hand corner that i will reconnect in 50 seconds. If i do not reconnect i lose. How can i reconnect so i do not lose simply because i lost connection ( and my internet was working)

Connection to the Internet in general, or your local LAN, does not guarantee thet there isn't a disconnect of the client code with the back-end Live server.
If you are on the website, sometimes a tab/page refresh is enough to force a reconnect.
