gunn diode dimensions

hmm, i was going to say that's a big diode, but then I saw it was a whole array of them. So... Smaller than that... 
I dont see anything to suggest they would be a different size from a regular diode, and i'm sure even regular diodes can be made different sizes for different functions.
I would say they'd be about 8mm x 8mm x 10mm maximum, looking at that abstract. Probably 8x8x8 is a safe maximum. I would think they'd be smaller though.
hey thanks for ur responses members... but i'm not asking ur suggestion of it, i'm jus asking the exact dimesions of gunn diode that u can find in net... as far as i tried i couldn't find so... but some one else might can find that... so pls try friends...
I would imagine they come in a variety of sizes though, so unless that's not true, I doubt your question has an answer. Maybe someone will know better though.
