Hacked Account

My Gmail account was hacked, and now I am logged out. I did not worry since it was not my main account. However, my chess.com account was linked to it, I did not think too much of it because who would care about a random person's chess account? However, when I was logged out of my account, it said I violated the fair play policy, so now my account is gone. So, I was wondering if it is even worth trying to get it back or if it is impossible.

Gotta say, that's quite the story lol. I doubt that will fly with chess.com tbh, it's unlikely that you could get a that ruling overturned and your account back but realistically, what about the account is worth salvaging? Also keep in mind using an alt account to ban evade is against TOS

You can contact support using the option in the menu and if they determine that the account was used by someone else they should be able to assist. Though if you don't have access to the old email anymore that may not be a possibility
