Have not received replies from support team In a week

Hello, I subscribed to the four month free trial for yearly membership and was charged the $40 after a week. I sent an initial support request thinking I'd made a mistake and asking for a refund but realized later that it was not my fault. It had been almost a week since that sent when I noticed that it charged me prematurely so I sent another request and still have not received a reply back from either. I'm aware that response times are extended for Covid but it said 24 hours and I don't want to miss the 30-day money back guaranteed outlined in the refund policy. Not sure where else to go, thanks.
The trial is 7 days, but you won't have to worry about missing the 30 day window. With the increased tickets it can take a week or so for them to get back with you.
