Why am I not allow to play normal match since the day I open chess.com account I can only play through tournament, this make me so weak and am getting tried of this now

I lost my most recent game by abandonment. I was very much still playing the game and winning. This happened once before. Obviously, I do not understand.
Why aren't my messages going away when I go to a vote chess game and a do a vote it doesn't go away and same with forums, posts and messages
could you fix this glitch
