It states that sperrol won by resignation. Did you resign by accident? When I looked at the game I didn't see him take your queen with his rook, I just saw you move your queen and that was it. Then it said sperrol won by resignation. So I'm not sure what happened.

Yes, whether the resignation was an error or not, clearly there was no checkmate. Your Queen is toast and Black will retain his Queen.
