The disconnection happens in spite of i have a good internet connection,it happens for no reason.

You can see many chess.com users who are complaining about this issue.

Also i lost so many games for surrendering which i did not.

Please don't talk when you don't know the issue.

The only way that can happen, if both players have made moves, is during server restarts.

Anytime they have code updates to the Live server process. I don't know how often it happens, but most of the time it is probably less than once a week. When it is done, it is usually completed around 12-1 am US Pacific time, though it can happen at other times to fix problems.

I saw the link you sent to me and checked all of it.

The most of advices's about players who uses PC not mobile app.

I have a really fast internet connection btw.

And I'm nearly %100 sure that's going to happen again.

 

 

For the app, wifi is probably going to be better than cellular data, in most cases. However, of you have both wifi and cellular data active at the same time, connection switching may cause issues.

 

If you are in wifi, other activities on the connection can have an impact, so someone streaming while you play can cause packet drops that can impact the stability of your connection.

 

I won't say that the disconnect detection and reconnect code couldn't be more robust, just that there are other factors at play that can cause problems.
