Hello,

 

On my homepage, I can not see anything. The more my games, the more my friends, my clubs, my statistics. The page is empty. Is this normal?

Are you using Safari on a Mac, by any chance? If so, then you may need to upgrade to the latest OS X that you can (most Macs made after 2007 can be upgraded to OS X 10.11) and also upgrade Safari to version 11.

If the above is not helpful, please let us know your OS and browser versions.

Do you have any plugins that might be interfering? What version of Firefox?

If you are using NoScript or some other script blocker you need to whitelist chess.com and chesscomfiles.com.

I experience this today, as well, with Firefox. Maybe some minor server problems, or maintenance.

Same problem here. "Explorer" page does not work either. No chess board is shown. I have contacted support.

I have the same problem as Friedhof. Nothing shows up on my homepage either; maybe the site's being worked on?... I don't know. But this is what it looks like when I log in:null

No, the site is not being worked on because these pages are displayed correctly on my smartphone as I speak. And if you use V3, it looks even different.nullnull

This problem has to be fixed on Chess.com's side, not on ours. There is nothing wrong with our web browsers. Therefore, no user will be able to post a solution. I suggest everyone facing this problem to contact the support staff directly. The more people complain about this, the faster they will fix it.

On the chess.com website, click onto "Help", "Ask a Question", and then, on the top, onto " Contact". Select "Technical Issue" as topic. Since the home page does not load completely, the "help" button may not work there.
