. I don't mean to play with a staff member... Yesterday, I chatted with Chess.com staff member... I went to Upgrade and then I saw something green. I clicked it and chat appeared. I asked some questions and he/she answered me... But now I can't find that chat...

It's not chat during play. There is a Help Desk chat room. It is visible when you are in live chess. (If it is not visible, you have to check your settings.)
You can ask questions. Often there is a staff member in the room.
