How can I leave a club?

My brother made this account. I signed into my google account and it said this is my google chess account soo I used it ever since. Please help.
I went to the clubs homepage and looked for a leave club button. There wasn’t one.

If the notes are on the homepage you can click on the gear 
icon to get to the alert settings and then click Quit Club
