Also, you shouldn't post your email or contact number or you risk getting spam. Staff already know your email address associated with the account and they don't contact via phone
Its 2025 we have robbots we have technology but still we cannot keep the cheaters out of the game .This game its not fun anymore ....Congrats chess.com ....I play 10 games and the 6 are cheaters and nothing change , every day the same . Whats the point to use my mind if the opponent cheats.. just to spent my time? No thanks .
It's highly unlikely any of those 6 games were played unfairly by your opponents
I am afraid that there is no board displayed for my games. At least I can see the positions on a small display but have lost overall picture and cannot move.Also my game review has not been working for some time.Just have apology that there is a technical problem. Understand that most other users are unaffected

If you're on Safari, this is fixed now. It was an issue with older versions not compatible with a recent change. That said, you should update your browser anyway

It’s impossible to talk to a human! My group was disabled with over 700 members, no warning and no clue why!

You should be able to get the tool to create a ticket with a staff member. Be sure to be very explicit, and if it doesn't offer to open a ticket then try something like contact an agent
