How do I get to play slower games

Since nearly all chess videos and lessions are to help ppl with their own tournament games, I would like to know where I can set time limits for slower tournament games. thx you.
The longer the games, the more challening it would be to find online. Many suggest having pre-arranged times to play with other long players or joining a group that specifically play longer games. The method I use is to just send out a seek and hope someone will bite, it takes a little time, but it's worth it.
I'm sometimes available during the day, and am more than happy to do post-mortems/ analysis.
