How do I narrow down custom game seek parameters even more?

Chess.com allows us to narrow down our seeks in regards to rating range, time per move, etc. But I cannot find anywhere in here to narrow it down further. For example, I might want my seeks to only be available to people who have USCF ratings posted on their profile. Or, for another example, I might want my seeks to be restricted to players from english-speaking countries.

How do I add restrictions like this to my custom seeks? Is this a premium-only feature?

You can't filter on items like that.

My guess is never. Additional filters make pairings take longer and seeing how both of those profile items are user chosen, i.e. they can be 100% made up, they wouldn't be very accurate filters anyway.

They would still be nice to have. After all, imagine if you are paired with people who are from a country that is an enemy of your country. You would not want to give this person the luxury of a game.

Does the premium members only restriction only work if you are also a premium member?

I would assume so but don't know that for a fact.
