How do I play 'fast chess' against my friends or kids in chesskid.com?

I can play 'slow chess' with my kid in chesskid.com, but not 'fast chess.'  How can we play fast chess?

Don't know a whole lot about the chesskid site but the following article has Live/Fast right on top:

perfect thanks.  we both had to be "in fast chess" in order to see each other.  we had been resorting to slow chess, which is pretty painful
