How do I turn off random notifications from my phone about tournaments etc.

Hey,

This started recently and it's already a pain.
I have disabled all notifications in my profile except ones regarding my games.
I keep getting random push notifications about some tournaments and what not.
Am I missing something?
Where are those hidden settings to turn off everything except my games notifications?

Example:

<fire emoji> HOT MATCH ALERT <fire emoji>
some random person vs some other random person

I'm not sure. Maybe your notifications are club tournaments on chess.com? In this case, the settings are in each club's club settings (not chess.com profile). If this is the case, then visit the club where you want to change the settings for. In the club, the right side of the webpage should have "settings"(above "My Clubs") and then you can toggle what you want and don't want to be notified for. Hit "Save" button at the bottom and then you are done. 

p.s. If it isn't a club thing, then I'm not really sure what would work, but perhaps someone else might have ideas

Browser or app? 

If the browser, maybe you accepted browser based notifications. Those would need to be turned off in the browser.

Android app.
It started recently out of the blue.

All notification settings are device based. So on Android, Settings > Notifications > App notifications > Chess

I literally have "mobile" checkbox on PC browser.
On Android there is no "Settings > Notifications"

I have disabled all notifications I can for mobile.
We will see if another one appears before I block it completely.

The Android notification settings are part of the device notifications. There's no option to access them from within the app anymore.

But I want chess notifications, just not all of them.
