Check your setting for auto promotion. it must be set to knight. i turn off auto promote so i can pick which piece i'd like.

I'm wondering how to promote pawns here? I lost my last game because I got a knight after promoting instead of a queen. Other sites have a menu that pops up, but I just got a knight and a losing position.
