If monthly subscrip, every 30 days, or the 1st of every month?

Not sure myself, I only use the annual membership. It is overall cheaper and definitely worth it. Sorry if I didn't help.

I believe it is charged on the same day every month.  So if you purchased a monthly subscription today, they would charge you every month on the 12th.
