How to change the language

I have a problem creating arena or another tournament on my clubs. There is no way to set proper time and I cannot even start. Someone tells I could switch a language to English, it helps. Now in settings I cannot switch the language and repair it on my own, because I cannot confirm. What is going on? Time is running and bug still exists.

Why can't you change the Language to English?
