My son's account (10 years old) has been unexpectedly closed today, and we have not received any explanation regarding the reason for this action. I have been trying to contact support, but the "Support" option mentioned in your support articles does not appear to be working.
The link provided in the article does not lead to any functional support page, and I have attempted to access it both while logged in and logged out. According to the instructions, it should be possible to reach support without logging in, but this has not been the case.
Please provide a working link or an alternative method that I can use to contact your support team and raise this concern as soon as possible. The account which has been closed is king_chael, a 10 years old who has been having the account for two years with very good progress.
