Maybe I misunderstood the question, but accounts don't get removed in any case. Regarding the subject of the original post, a banned account can be unbanned, depending on closure reason, by the owner of the account contacting support.

Well, it is against the site's TOS that YOU, yes, YOU, agreed to when you created your first account.

You don't need an active account to use the support pages.

Ondrashek06, really cut to chase and stop whining, chess.com has its rules and regulations and you have no say in that matter.

What do you mean banned for no reason?

If I have a banned acount and it had membership, but I want to make a new one with that membership how would I do that?

My classmate's account was closed due to fair play but she doesn't cheat, she wants to appeal her account ban but she doesn't know how
