How to resolve problem with chess.com

I dont like to interact with bots. They never seem to help. I pay for a chess.com account. Is there a way to report a bug without interacting with a bot? I havent been able to resolve the issue I'm having. The bot emailed me 2 times and now will not reply. I would love to speak with a human.

Also, Does anyone know if theres a different online chess site because this issue has been really frustrating?

If it's just a bug report, you can chose the big report option which will allow you to submit a formal bug report.

You could also post her unless it's something only staff can resolve.

I've reported the bug and i get bots responding. It seems like chess.com will not look into the issue. The issue is if I play the bots as white the bot as black wont make the second move 90% of the time. I reload page and 2% of the time that helps. If i play as black I can get one game but the rematch is the same story as when I play as white. Computer will not make a move.

I really wish chess.com had an actual customer service department with humans to help solve issues.

The site does. It also gets thousands of support requests every day and handles them in order, generally, so the there can be many days worth in the queue at any specific time.

I don't think I have had issues getting bots to play, white or black. What browser and browser version are you on? Do you have any plug-ins or add-ons installed that could be interfering with the bot code?
