how to see 3-d pieces when playing computer

On some computers I see the pieces in 3-d. On my home computer (Windows XP, IE 8) I only get 2-dimensional representations. Is this a software issue? If so, how do I fix it?

You put the dilithium crystals in the flux capacitator. If that doesn't work. I'll send Geordi and Wes to have a look at it.

I discovered myself that is a matter of clicking on "settings" and scrolling to the bottom. I am amazed that no one was able to tell me this. Instead, I got the type of stupidity evident in the post above.
