I wrote them an email by November and got no answer until today...
I am very surprised to hear that. They have a tracking system that follows every email. Normally, every email generates an automatic response acknowledging receipt and promising an answer within 1-2 business days.
I have had a response on every email I have sent in.
What was your email about?
It looks like you started a separate thread about this:

Yes, you forfeited a number of Daily games in a tournament recently and because your timeout ratio is now 25%, you are blocked from participating in tournaments for a while.
The timeout ratio looks at the last 90 days, so if you look at when your timeouts occurred, you should easily be able to predict when the ratio will fall back below 10% (assuming you don't timeout on any of your current games).
I don't use credit card and Paypal was banned in Turkey.
I have a Akbank Mastercard debit card (where I work also as a programmer) and connected virtual card only. But Chess.com decline both of them. Is there any way to pay with Electronic funds transfer also?
I don't wanna use my friends credit card because on payment page it says;
...your subscription will begin and will auto-renew
Thanks.
