change this stupid rule "automatic draw after 50 turns without eat piece", it's too much and create stupid games like "destroy opponent time in 50 turns"

These permitted psychological tortures are so physically exhausting that it's very difficult to endure all 50 moves. Here, I was psychologically exhausted 1 move before, oh, thank you, "draw".

it can't be changed for non professional user only chess games?

It's an official rule of chess so it's not going to be changed. In OTB, and Daily Chess here, it's a draw that has to be claimed. In live it is automatic.
