When I was analysing some games on the Chess.com site, I saw a notification that said that engines are disabled while playing games, although I was not playing any. A few hours later, I came back and saw that I have lost 3 games and my ELO went down to 410! Is there any way to get my ELO back, and remove the hackers?
I don’t see much wrong with your games, I don’t see an insensitive for a hacker to do this either. Even if so, no. Just play games until you get it back.
Contact support@chess.com, or go to go.chess.com/help and they can fix it and you will get twice the elo you lost. This happened to me many times because you can tell. My rating 2 months ago was 5525, dropped down to 300. Then, next month, I was 3296, dropped down to 100. I don’t play that much anymore, I just chat with people and have fun. Please don’t end up like me. It sucks especially having no friends. ;(
