Puzzles ratings are stored online on your account. Is it possible you're connecting with different accounts?

i'm using the same account.
I have no problem if I connect with the browser.
It happens with the android app.
I noticed yesterday that on the app page I have a rating for problems of 200 however I have a reward for reaching a rating of 500 in the account details.
The true rating is 533 (i just begin).
There is an inconsistency.
