I suggested he contact billing. A member of staff who deals with billing issues will reply to his ticket :)
I need help becoming a Premium member

The billing department never got back to us. I'll do myself a favor and no longer anxiously await to see a diamond next to my name.

It can be done ... I've asked before .... u juz hv to email the person- in- charge,ur details when u want it done .( He'll give u the email add.)
Act,I've suggested that they make this available in d ' Drop Down Menu ' in d Gift Membership Page , which I think is a much better/additional option than juz d current 1 year/Annual Gift Membership ... n' Everyone's gonna benefit from it !
Btw,I also hv a Question abt this .. Is d Pay Pal option available on this ( Gift Membership ) page ? .. can't seem to find it.( only credit card one )
A friend of mine is a Premium member on this site and recently offered me a month of Premium membership, to be taken from his account. The problem is that we are not sure if Chess.com is willing to give me a month of his membership. He says he already contacted billing but hasn't received a response. Can someone please tell me if this can be done? I think this is a good deal for Chess.com because if I like the benefits of Premium membership I might very well sign up for good.
