The same happend to me in a 30 min game,I win on time and it shows I lost.
It seems to me that it does affect the rating. Before the game I was 1453, after the fake loss, I became 1444, but since I won both, my guess is that my rating should be higher than 1453.

i hope they fix it soon , i download my games and add them to a database that contains all my games and some thing like this error will destroy what i try to do as the downloaded games also show wrong info.

All of these records should now be corrected. If you were affected (about 30% of games for 3 hours were), please check your game archive and verify that the games look correct and ratings are appropriately assigned to the right player. If you spot a problem, please post a link to the game here, along with a description of what is incorrect.
So... for the players who actually lost the game who were affected by the bug, the bug indicates that they won, right? Funny how we don't see those players complaining...

yes @bcurtis you are right it only places the wrong player at wrong positions but no affect of ratings! though it ruins the archives!
