I had taken a trial of the family plan, but I forgot to cancel my subscription before the trial ended, and my card was charged. However, I wanted a Platinum membership, but I am currently paying for the family plan. For this reason, I would like my membership to be downgraded to Platinum or to receive a full refund. Thank you.
