Only way your time out ratio decreases is by playing games through with out timing out yourself.
Or wait 90 days for the cycle to clear
I'm trying to get my time outs down so I can enter tournaments. I'm just wondering if I accept a victory on time out will it increase or decrease my time out % or just stay the same?
