I'm having an issue with the game search function with rapid 15+10

While I want "rated games," it keeps defaulting to "unrated." I have toggled the "rated" toggle in the custom game search and tried it with it "on," or green and it still retrieves "unrated" games...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
