I see your problem. you are looking for this toolbar: I have checked by logging in on Internet Explorer and it doesn't show there either. Am still searching... will let you know if i find anything...

I need help in getting the insert table forum option. I have checked the help bit and it appears I only have the bottom row of the two rows of format tools.. Is there any way to get the top one back?
