Insights not updated?

Hello

Has anyone come accross this glitch? I went from diamond to platinum for a month or two, then recently upgraded again to diamond. My insights are not updated though, so are missing about 1000 games. I had already done the inital calculation though so I cant redo. 

Contacted support but they are 4 days to reply apparently lol. so wondering if anyone knows a way to make it update?

When did you go back to diamond?

Others have posted about similar issues. The Insights don't appear to refresh constantly.

I think that processing the Insights updates takes a lot of computer time, so they don't update them constantly. I believe that they get updated regularly, if not daily.

It can take up to 24 hours after getting Diamond for Insights to update/generate
