internal error?

I keep getting an internal error message on my cell and not sure what the problem is. I am not neing blocked from completing and function but it pops up a lot when I refresh and some other basic functions.... also my theme gets reset frequently. any thoughts?

I am getting the same "internal error occurred" on the android app too. It started after I re - installed it.

I get the same when I go to the home screen on the Android app.
