iOS app unusable - Chess Forums

This is frustrating. I got stuck in an error-loop on the iOS app. Now I. managed to log myself out but I cannot log in again because I need to prove I'm a human, but there is no CAPTCHA.
What is even more frustrating is that:

- I also can't change my email address, because I receive no confirmation mails (also not in SPAM)
- The "get help" widget is unusable.

I'm sorry for spamming the forums (I crossposted in Site Feedback), but I've been a member since 2009, paying $120/year for a diamond membership and this really pisses me off.
