Are you remaining on the game or going back to 'current list'?
Returning to current games list will refresh the games list and moves.

I close the game completely, come back, and my opponent has made his/her move and I can chat again but once I make my move then submit the process starts all over again. I've got the same exact problem on my iphone 4 :( Anyone know's what you can do about it? It is really frustrating having a great plan come together in a chess game against a friend and then you cant continue because of an error.
