Is it possible to get my score restored?

In a game I was just playing, my internet connection had had a brief hiccup. I had immediately reset it and I didn't think I was gone for more than 30 seconds. I feel like I must have just been reopening the game precisely as I was declared "abandoned".

I had actually just moved a piece the instant before the disconnection happened. If there's a way for the moderation to see that, then I think that demonstrates I didn't just quit or anything, something interfered while I was playing.

If it disconnect for too long, it forfeits you.

I also wish it would just let your clock run down, but unfortunately that’s not how it works :(

Since sometimes members leave games to make their opponent's wait, the site implemented abandonment and disconnect code. The site has to think of both players in any given game

Generally speaking, points are not refunded for connection related issues, unless it's a site wide problem that caused it
