i am unable to access chess.com using my internet connection (it says cannot open chess.com) but when i use my friend's internet i can login to the website...is my IP banned?

if it is banned use a proxy.

i use the same computer..with my friend's internet connection i am able to login..but with my connection i am not...so is that my IP banned? if yes how to cantact chess.com?
